Possesses expert knowledge and applications skills in the value chain process; and is recognized as an expert in analyzing and interpreting cost drivers when developing cost out strategies
Creates innovative approaches for utilizing and applying project management tools and techniques for procurement applications and prepares reports and other correspondence for use by Eaton SCM professionals
Support EBE deployment and certification of the organization
Enhance Procurement organizational capability by recruiting and retaining top notch talents and providing world class, challenging, work environment and development programs
Bachelor’s degree required (with Major in Engineering is preferred)
At least eight years of experience in supply chain work activities
Expert knowledge of UPS commodity products , supplier resources , supply chain , purchasing reporting systems
Expert knowledge of supply chain, purchasing requirements, quality assurance and reporting accuracy
Expert knowledge and applications skills of process improvement
Strong communications and customer care skills when interacting with both internal and/or external customers
