- Directly supports the Treasury Management business and its customers in the generation of approximately $ 2.2 million in Annual Revenue and $ 379.9 million in Analysis Balances
- Has direct management responsibility of the Treasury Management Support staff
- Evaluates employee performance, monitors results, and provides development to staff
- Writes and updates department policies and procedures
- Reviews Business Online Banking agreements and reviews computer input of new customers
- Directly provides training for Business Online Banking (BOB) customers and to Branch employees
- Assists Treasury customers in resolution of ACH, Wire Transfer, Remote Deposit Capture, and Lockbox problem resolution
- Manages the Treasury Management Call Center, including call queues, agent training, agent scripts, and VRU Phone System
- Develops, understands, and follows operating procedures for all business and consumer products. Provides professional sales support to customer and branches/department with business services products

- Maintains a current understanding of state and federal regulations including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), Customer Identification Policy (CIP), National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Non-public Personal Information (NPPI) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act regulations as related to Business Associate Agreements
- Maintains a current understanding of stated bank procedures and policies, including regulatory compliance issues
- Recommends banks products and services to customers and refers to appropriate sales staff
- High school diploma or GED required, undergraduate degree preferred
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of work related experience in Treasury Management with Supervisory or Managerial experience
- Knowledge of accounting and day to day operations of a business preferred
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills with a high level of professionalism, whether over the phone, in person, or in writing
- Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows driven programs
