  • Lead all team training and champion the adoption of new technologies across the marketing and sales team, including developing the rollout implementation plan, production and provision of training materials, and post-implementation and ongoing assessment and reporting of performance and ROI
  • Undertake regular audits of current TAFE NSW marketing and sales technologies, ensuring full capabilities are being utilised to deliver maximum value and identifying where upgrades or new products will help TAFE NSW maintain competitive advantage in the market
  • Identify marketing and sales team technology capability gaps to make recommendations on team learning and development requirements, and providing regular market and industry updates on new technologies that present an opportunity to improve the customer journey, acquisition and conversion performance to meet TAFE NSW strategic business objectives
  • You will be degree qualified in a relevant IT, business or marketing area, with a minimum of 10 years’ marketing experience, with at least five years’ working with and implementing marketing technologies in a lead generation or e-commerce environment, including audience management tools, CRM, marketing automation tools and email systems, and digital technologies to improve customer experience, acquisition and conversion
  • Extensive experience working across test frameworks, digital marketing, social media, content production, SEM, SEO, website development, CRM and marketing optimisation
  • Demonstrated experience in leading or participating in end-to-end large scale change management technology projects
  • Proven experience working closely, influencing and negotiating with a cross function of senior stakeholders to secure support and endorsement on all marketing technology requirements
  • Extensive experience communicating technical and marketing requirements through various written and verbal communication channels, including experience translating and clarifying technical terminology, to be easily understood by multiple audiences with ranging technical expertise levels
