- Cultivates effective business relationship with accounts, providing risk stewardship, where appropriate, including initial setup of service commitments and ongoing consultation. Completes all required steps on account setup, documentation and account management. Partners with service providers to build long-term relationships between customers/brokers and C&F and manages expectations of all parties
- Possess a minimum of ten (10) years Commercial Surety experience
- Existing / established relationships with brokers / producers and be able to produce premiums in excess of $1MM in the first year of employment
