Receive, store, distribute multiple conference guest assets. Items include promotional materials, computers, bicycles, classroom supplies, personal belongings, and a variety of other items in support of summer conference visitors

Support summer conferences by providing set-up services, linen services, and other materials as needed
Schedule on-call duties to assist Moveable Assets Crew in responding to after-hour support calls
Support the move-in and move-out process by arranging for roll-offs and setting up Residence Hall rooms and apartments as needed
Manage Housing and Dining’s fleet by establishing maintenance schedules, keeping maintenance records, and replacing vehicles as needed

Develop and measure processes for work order management. For example, turn-around time, meeting required dates, turn-around time goals, distribution of work orders and priorities
Ensure work orders are fully documented and asset/labor reflect actual materials and work time
Ensure appropriate labor to manage work orders, realign as needed to meet daily work orders or large unplanned work orders
Assist staff with work orders as needed
Responsible for cost control within the work unit
Manage staffing levels during academic year and seasonal fluctuations requiring overtime
