- End-to-end project management involving complex business and technical solutions centered around the early requirements-, solution design- and validation phases of a customer engagement (strategic programs)
- Instill a high degree of confidence in HERE’s Sales, Product and R&D organization and the customer with respect to getting things done as planned, on-time and on or under budget
- Overall responsibility for communicating customers’ product needs to HERE divisions as well as closely aligning with the respective sales and customer support organizations to ensure consistent support throughout HERE’s customers worldwide
- Anticipate where technology and markets are headed and provide leadership in communicating and aligning HERE and its customers toward that direction
- Prioritize tasks, set expectations, formally document program requirements and plans and report progress regularly
- Drive and motivate cross functional groups within HERE to meet expectations on program deliverables
- Responsible for escalating customer requests and technical complaints to relevant company departments and for providing answers to customer inquiries
- International work experience and additional languages (i.e. German) a big plus
- Automotive industry experience required
- Wireless, Telematics industry experience is a big plus
