  • Assist and support cross-functional teams consisting of Brand Marketing, Sales, Sales Training and Effectiveness, and Veterinary Technical Service Managers to ensure excellent pre-show communications, at-show execution and post-show reporting
  • Liaison with tradeshow vendors and agencies to ensure proper execution, desired exhibit experience and efficient logistics
  • Available nights and weekends for conference support remotely as needed
  • Assist with internal conference training and effective methodology to maximize conference effectiveness and ROI at all shows
  • Assist the maintenance of convention KPI dashboard that reflects conference results, competitive activity and return on objectives and investment
  • Provide day-to-day administrative tasks to support Sr. Manager and overall program
  • Manage internal legal review process
  • Manage promotional and literature ordering
  • Marketing/Advertising/Printing/Publications experience preferred
