  • 3-4 years of sales trading experience Asia
  • Experience of generating market content and colour for clients with a HK/China and Pan Asia focus
  • Have execution / dealing experience with high volumes, including pair and ratio trades
  • Be comfortable with the use of algorithms on execution
  • Have an established relationship with the hedge fund customer base
  • Demonstrate creativity in solving problems. Always looks for new ways of doing things
  • Deep understanding on micro market structure in the developed and emerging APAC markets and the regulations governing trading in those markets
  • Understands transaction cycle and the steps in the process and experienced in executing in APAC markets
  • Ability to interact comfortably with business clients and management with proven experience of conducting business with the key Portfolio Trading client base
