- Ability to leverage the mix of digital channels to advance business goals including web, mobile, direct/email marketing, search and social. Rationalize footprint where possible and/or expand presence as appropriate
- Define and report meaningful measures of success across digital marketing efforts
- Manage and chart the future of digital marketing assets
- Evaluate, recommend and source marketing technology to meet current and go-forward needs for corporate websites. Work closely with technology partners to define the digital marketing road-map and implementation plan
- Understand existing digital marketing tools and technologies utilized
- Design customer experiences based on customer insights and business needs
- Experience working with Agency partners to leverage outside expertise and best practices
- Ability to manage, inspire and lead an effective team
