Lead the cross-functional TCO Council / Monthly TCO Reviews consisting of key members from SCM, PL/Engineering and Operations
Coordinate with the TCO Council to define the 3Y idea generation strategy and create a master schedule of events for a rolling 18 month period. Conduct events and coordinate required resources/participation and ensure sufficient detail is recorded for ideas to enable subsequent business case development
Develop business cases for TCO ideas to build 3Y Pipeline and in preparation for Decision Gate Committee reviews
Assign Project Owners and ensure detailed implementation plans are put in place. Follow up with Project Owners to ensure milestones are being completed to project timelines. Execute VA/VE and Resourcing projects (in collaboration with CM, PM & SDE)

Conduct supplier’s VA/VE events and support internal supply base continuous improvement events including VA/VE, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing activities
Identify, collect, validate and report out data on cost-out savings on Indirect and Direct Materials for SCM VG EMEA. Process formalization of TCO performance includes validation of the opportunity and prioritization in tandem with Commodity Management organization, Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality as well as full traceability of all projects and supplier readiness monitoring. Provide TCO performance forecasts as inputs to monthly Rolling Forecasts, Profit Plan and Strategic Plan development. Prepare and present continuous TCO process improvement status to executive leadership
Lead Insourcing/Outsourcing discussions from SCM end – support Make or Buy decisions
BS degree in business, technical or supply chain disciplines with 5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing based business. MBA is a plus
