  • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to: Remove obstacles, manage escalations, facilitate delivery of service to customers, address issues impacting sales teams such as negative margins, freight/price adjustments, and order management
  • Facilitate cross-departmental operational readiness for new customer on-boarding or new customer engagements - through Project Trackers or newly awarded business
  • Build trusting relationships with Sales and Corporate Support leadership
  • Work with appropriate departments to identify, fix and fulfill Sales orders that are aged, C1/C2, WBO, and Rejected/ stuck
  • Work with appropriate teams on bill and hold maintenance
  • Work with appropriate departments regarding margin discrepancies Identify trends and then resolve issues (long and short term)
  • Facilitate project trackers end to end
  • Manage account email boxes and tax appropriate actions
  • Place standard, repeatable orders per documented Statements of Work for each account
  • Ensure all assigned duties are completed timely and according to SLA
  • Participate in monthly or quarterly business reviews with internal teams to facilitate communications, continuous improvement, and/or alignment of support
  • Serve as a change agent for implementing new programs or operational processes
  • Provide business intelligence in the form of analysis and reporting
  • Review processes to streamline efficiencies and impact on cost, delivery, service, and other metrics
  • BA/BS in Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
