To work in co-operation with the Chef and Sous-Chefs to ensure top quality and fair prices and to see that below standard items are never accepted or served
To plan and execute special events such as Ramadan, Eid, etc
To identify potential problems and ask for assistance before breakdown occurs
Hotel Management Bachelor Degree or diploma or equivalent
2 years minimum in a similar role in a 5 star luxury hotel within GCC countries
All Day dining restaurant and In Room dining experience
A total of 4-5 years Food and Beverage experience
Knowledge of Micros Point of Sale system
Must have strong sense of strategic thinking and vision
High level of flexibility and adaptability
Very familiar with Profit and Loss statement
Able to calculate food and beverage cost
Able to produce departmental budget
Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resources nature interviewing, evaluating, discipline and termination
