  • Contribute to developing, defining and implementing (design & build) best in class processes in Dispute & Collection management model (organization, processes, systems and data) and oversee Dispute Management, Collection Management community to ensure ease of doing business with Bayer, enhance customer experience and efficiency
  • Define and monitor adherence to global processes and process guidelines together with the Global Process Owner (GPO) in line with legal, functional leadership, business and Integrated Business Operations (IBO) requirements, as well as customer and market insights gained
  • Contribute to the establishment and running of a community, which includes representatives from Marketing & Sales, divisions, IBO peers, IT, Product Supply, Finance and the Service Delivery Network, for the purpose of sharing best practices, remaining close to the respective markets and customer needs and actively managing the demand
  • Support the global service delivery strategy by contributing to the definition of the overall activity split in the service delivery network, the enabling technology (e.g. cloud solutions, portals) and SAP standards (e.g. SAP FSCM) required to support service delivery and the functional process design in close collaboration with Order-to-Cash (O2C) Service Delivery Manager and O2C IT Solution Designer (especially for countries in direct geographical scope of Process Expert)
  • Contribute to Integrated Process and Service Excellence (iPSE2020) transformation program in adherence with overall transformation objectives and adjust overall process design according to insights gained in transitions (especially for countries in direct geographical scope of Process Expert)
  • Support the global roll-out of enabling technology
  • Perform KPI reporting to measure the respective processes in terms of efficiency, quality and compliance and propose respective measures
  • Be responsible for the process change management as Demand Owner via the Demand Management Process

  • A minimum of ten years of experience in O2C, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Hands-on knowledge of O2C processes
