- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Development, Skills
- Development and/ training design and implementation, in a global organization with leading edge HR Systems and practices. 3 years must be in management role
- Proven record of dealings with the SETAs
- Experience in a unionized environment
- Previous experience of BBBEE management process an advantage
- Understanding of learning needs analysis and creation of training programs is essential
- Own car essential
