  • Technician must exhibit ownership and timely resolution of all incident tickets - including maintaining details of issues, configurations, and resolutions
  • Technician will interact with other IT personnel to determine permanent resolutions for issues as opposed to temporary fixes
  • Configuration and testing of new hardware and software for new and existing end-users
  • Deployment and Management of corporate issued laptops and desktops
  • Provide hardware and software installation and upgrades to ensure that PCs are functioning effectively
  • Research, analyze and troubleshoot operating systems, networking issues, and application software
  • Accountability for ensuring all technical issues are addressed and resolved promptly
  • Coordinate warranty repair with approved vendors and partners
