  • Grow Revenue and EBIT by balancing customer needs, revenue growth, and cost-to-serve
  • Track and manage Key Performance Measures including: P&L metrics, Brand equity / awareness / distribution / ROS
  • Build and lead a team of 4 people. Create engagement and ownership of team / International plans and build sense of team spirit
  • Extensive experience within FMCG (preferably Beverage)/premium brands organisations
  • Preferably be New York or Boston based
  • Experience of working in US market nationally across markets; with active and relevant network (distributors, accounts)
  • Commercial Director experience
  • Extensive experience of distributor management and partnership/franchise leadership experience; as well as (foodservice) account management
  • Direct customer facing experience
  • Experience of working with Foodservice Out-of-Home and High-end Horeca accounts
  • Deep understanding of RTM in focus channels Premium On Trade and Foodservice
  • Partnership contract & commercial incentive development
  • Financial- & revenue growth management
  • Profit pool/priority market identification
  • University degree (pref MBA) or equivalent Commercial qualifications (essential)
  • Min 10 years relevant working experience (essential)
  • Previous Blue-chip multinational FMCG experience; pref premium beverage
  • Languages; English, Spanish (preferred)
